Counseling Hours
Monday through Thursday, 9am - 8:30pm
Friday, 9am - 1pm
Hockanum Valley Community Council, Inc. is a private non-profit social service agency located in the town of Vernon Connecticut.
We are a state licensed Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse Clinic offering a wide range of counseling services and group work.
We serve adults, adolescents and children in the towns of Vernon, Ellington, Tolland and the surrounding area.

- For your convenience, you may now download the initial intake form and fill it out ahead of time. Please print the entire form (10 pages) and read it carefully. Complete and sign the first six (6) pages and bring them with you to your first appointment. (Pages 7-10 are for your records only.) If you have any questions, we can help you at your appointment.
