Rebekah’s passion for social work began as she worked alongside children, adolescents, and their families. She has worked in various settings, and with clients of varying diagnoses including:  anxiety, relational stressors, bullying, anger, grief and loss, substance abuse, depression, and trauma. She takes a client-centered approach, and seeks to work together with each client to reach personal goals.

Rebekah provides a safe and open environment, while being professional, approachable, friendly, and empathetic. She focuses on each individual’s strengths to improve motivation, sense of hope, confidence, and process of change. While in session, you will be able to explore attitudes and beliefs that are holding you back from accomplishing your full potential to fully engage in life, without being judged. She will focus on a strength-based approach, using problem solving and solution-focused techniques to help you achieve success. Rebekah is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma focused, and mindfulness.

Rebekah recognizes that it takes strength and courage to seek therapy; she welcomes each individual as you begin your process of seeking change.
