She focuses on each individual’s strengths to improve motivation, sense of hope, confidence, and process of change. While in session, you will be able to explore attitudes and beliefs that are holding you back from accomplishing your full potential to fully engage in life, without being judged. She will focus on a strength-based approach, using problem solving and solution-focused techniques to help you achieve success.
