I believe in a collaborative approach, meeting each client precisely where they are on their unique journey. My goal is to equip clients with the tools and support needed to create lasting change.

My practice incorporates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (EX/RP) therapy. These interventions are tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.
