I draw from evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy, and strengths based therapy to help you build insight, develop coping tools, and move toward lasting change. You don’t have to do this alone and therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. With me, you’ll get authenticity, compassion, and someone who truly listens.
